2023 Annual review workshop

The 2023 Annual Review Workshop will take place at the University of California San Diego on August 7-8, 2023. It will present the work from Year 2 of the project.

Day-of instructions

The workshop will commence on Monday (Aug. 7). Please aim to arrive at Franklin Antonio Hall (FAH) by 8:00 to 8:15 am. 

After you enter FAH, walk ahead to the stairs or elevator and make your way to the 4th (top) floor. From the staircase, you will see the registration desk where you can pick up your name tag. A light breakfast will be served (fruits, yogurt or pastries, bagels, coffee, water). Presentations will begin at 8:30 am in FAH 4201.

Presenter instructions

Presenters are encouraged to present using their own laptop. Otherwise, they will need to arrive early in the morning to transfer their presentation to another laptop.

Parking

If you will be driving to campus, you are encouraged to park in Hopkins Parking Structure. There is visitor parking on the top floor of the parking structure, which you can reach quicker by taking the south entrance rather than the east entrance.
